Is this oil or water floating on top of my scrub?

Great question! This is the rich, robust nourishing oil blend, the elixir that helps to heal and soothe the skin. Our scrubs are emulsified but we make sure there's an excess of oils making it more of a "wet" scrub to help the sugar granules to gently yet effectively glide over the skin without damaging the top layer. This excess oil also helps to hold the sugars together so that you don't lose excess product as you exfoliate. You can simply stir the scrub to re-incorporate the oils back into the scrub. All of our scrubs contain a vegan, gluten free, and cruelty-free germicide to keep you safe.
